摘要: 冷箱是乙烯装置中最为关键的设备之一。简要介绍了乙烯冷箱的作用及其内部构造;重点分析了冷箱构架的设计以及顶平台设立的不同方案;说明了冷箱外部管道材料的选用,相关联设备以及管线、几种过滤器和安全阀管道的布置方案;强调了设置低温管道支架时的一些注意事项以及几种特殊情况下保冷支架设置的设计原则

Abstract: Cold box is one of the most important equipment in ethylene plant. This paper briefly introduces the function and internal structure of cold box in ethylene plant. The main focuses are on the structure design of cold box and the different schemes of top platform. It recommends the material selection for the external pipeline of cod box, the plan layout of the related equipment and its pipe system, the layout of several different types of filter, and the layout of safety valve system. It emphasises the cautions of piping supports for cold pipeline and the design principles of cold support in some particular circumstances.
